Are you looking for a mature, cuddly dog with a charming personality? LOGAN may be just the boy for your family. LOGAN enjoys playing with toys as long as you are there to throw the toy and help him retrieve it. Throw it again and he will chase it, but retrieve is not in the Malamute language.
He especially enjoys receiving pets and hanging out with his humans. He knows basic commands; sit, down and stay. He loves treats but does not care about toys.
LOGAN is currently living at Malley Valley and is comfortable around the other dogs. If he shared his home with another dog, a nice calm one would probably work out for the best. Of course being the only pup in the house would be heaven for the guy.
Due to his size and need for attention, it would be best for LOGAN if he lived in a home with no children or with older considerate children. Sometimes LOGAN can be a little shy and cautious of humans, so he will need to develop trust with his future pawrents. But once he believes in you, he is all in with snuggles and ready to be your companion.
