Lucy is looking for a new home where chickens turkey ducks sheep and other small livestock aren't a threat. She is known to be a perfect dog indoors but when she heads outdoors she just loves to escape and wander and the neighbors haven't appreciated her skillful hunting. Her current family loves her very much but would like her to have a home away from feathered creatures and other temptations and a more secure fence. Lucy needs a family with time and attention for her and in return she will shower them with love and care. With polite introductions she enjoys meeting other dogs with their owners but may be better with male dogs. She has lived with another female dog as well in addition to a cat. While being happy loyal and playful she is also protective and likes to keep tabs on the family especially little ones. She sounds a bit intuitive too and knows how to pick her people.
