NOZOMI
Siberian Husky / Alaskan Malamute / Mixed
Adult Male
Seattle, WA
Adopted
Pet ID # W02-0123-AM1

NOZOMI is named after a bullet train in Japan, living up to his name he loves to go full speed with his zoomies!  He is goofy,  smart, observant, and curious.

NOZOMI has started working with a trainer. He's very smart and learns quickly. While he's not a mischievous dog who goes looking for trouble, he's definitely a grifter. During training sessions, he is constantly figuring out how to game the system to maximize his rewards. He's very proud of himself when he comes up with a plan.  He is trying to learn "come" and "leave it" but often his malamute/husky attitude takes over.

NOZOMI appreciates having another dog around, but does not connect with the other dog quickly, once he has had time to get familiar he is happy to play.  If he goes several days without playing with another dog he does seem to be sad an missing the interaction.   If his future home has other dog it may take a little time for him to bond with his doggie siblings.  However, if he is the only dog in th home, he will be fine, as long as he can meet new friends.

If you have a nice comfy couch NOZOMI would love to make himself comfortable on it and become your couch potato.  But he also is quick to hop off the couch and join you with your adventures and be your loving companion.

NOZOMI is currently being fostered by a loving family in Western Washington.
