Meet Nikita A603895! Nikita is a 2-year-old spayed female Malamute/Husky mix. She first came in as a stray back in July and was adopted in early August. She was returned 4 days later for having too much energy for the adopter.

She was again adopted on 8/6 but was returned on 9/28 due to not doing well with young children. Nikita lunged at the small kids and the cats in the house, we are now requiring she go to a home with teens & adults only. Nikita also needs a feline-free home.

Nikita has been going to playgroup with other dogs. She plays well but has also over-corrected dogs before. She has recently been used as a greeter dog for playgroup assessments. 

Nikita is a very gorgeous girl who loves to sniff around outside. She isn’t too interested in playing fetch but she is treat-motivated. She does pull moderately on leash and has a medium-high energy level. She is a nice, friendly dog and seeks attention!
