Rex is a stunning 5-year-old Alaskan Malamute with a thick, beautiful coat and an even bigger heart. He’s spent his life with a loving owner who can no longer keep up with his care due to the owner's age. Rex is now looking for a new home where he can thrive. He’s a truly sweet, people-loving dog who warms up to just about everyone he meets.

Rex has lived around both dogs and cats and has done well with them, making him a great candidate for a multi-pet home. He’s also leash trained and loves going on walks. On his current property, he enjoys wandering around, exploring, and keeping an eye on things classic Malamute behavior. He’d do wonderfully with someone who can give him regular exercise and let him stretch those big working-breed legs.

If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, steady companion, and you’ve got room in your heart (and home) for a big, fluffy explorer, Rex might be the perfect fit.
